Zinc plated M10 threaded rod, 3m long, cut to length on site for suspending ductwork and equipment.
Threaded rod is the backbone of most suspension systems: it hangs from a mounting plate, hanger, beam clamp or anchor, and carries strut channel, pipe clamps, spring hangers or duct supports below. Nuts and washers set the height precisely, and couplers join lengths where the drop is longer than one rod. Cut it with a hacksaw or grinder and clean the thread at the cut end.
Check that the rest of your suspension hardware is M10, and work out the number of drops and their lengths to see how many 3m rods the job needs. Confirm the rod size suits the load at each hanging point.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
