| Processing | Usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day. |
| Delivery | Delivery area: every Australian state and territory. Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania. |
| Dispatch | From our suppliers' warehouses in NSW and VIC. We do not offer pickup. |
| Change-of-mind returns | Within 14 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled and in original unopened packaging. 15% restocking fee, original delivery charge not refunded, and you pay return freight. |
| Faulty or incorrect items | No restocking fee, and we cover return freight. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply. |
| Cancellations | Before dispatch, a 4% administration fee applies. After dispatch, handled as a return. |
| Warranty | Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. |
