Our Service Locations & Coverage

We accept online orders for delivery to eligible locations in Australia. Delivery availability depends on the product, postcode, stock availability and order confirmation. Our distribution network supports delivery and selected pickup options where available.

Primary Service Regions

AC Hub's primary service regions are New South Wales and Victoria. Selected pickup and delivery options may be available in New South Wales and Victoria, subject to product, location and order confirmation.

Pickup options and express delivery for selected HVAC products are available only at the locations listed below.

If delivery is required outside these locations, please contact our team to confirm availability and freight options.

Central warehouse, customer support, and logistics coordination hub supported by a partner depot pickup network.
Express delivery may be available for eligible products and locations, subject to order confirmation.

Melbourne

Partner depot pickup locations available across select Melbourne regions. Additional warehouse pickup locations coming soon.
Express delivery may be available for eligible products and locations, subject to order confirmation.

Delivery to Other States & Territories

We welcome orders from customers across all Australian states and territories. Delivery to Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory is available for most products, however the following conditions apply:

  • Freight charges will vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the product, and the freight carrier assigned to your order
  • Delivery timeframes may be longer than those available to customers in New South Wales and Victoria
  • Express delivery may not be available to all regional, remote, or interstate locations
  • Depot collection is not currently available outside of New South Wales and Victoria
  • Some bulky items such as large ducted systems, outdoor units, and oversized HVAC equipment may have freight restrictions to certain postcodes or regions

Freight costs and delivery options for your location will be calculated at checkout. For orders involving large or complex items, or for customers in remote areas, we recommend contacting our team prior to ordering to confirm delivery feasibility and freight costs.

AC Hub is the online trading name of Wholesale Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. AC Hub supplies air conditioning systems, HVAC components, accessories, spare parts and related products to residential, commercial and trade customers in Australia, subject to product and delivery availability.
