Our distribution network is designed to help customers access products efficiently, with reduced delays and reliable pickup coordination where available.
Primary Service Regions
AC Hub's primary service regions are New South Wales and Victoria. Customers in these states benefit from access to our full partner depot pickup network, express delivery options, and priority logistics support.
Pickup options and express delivery for selected HVAC products are available only at the locations listed below.

Delivery to Other States & Territories
We welcome orders from customers across all Australian states and territories. Delivery to Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory is available for most products, however the following conditions apply:
- Freight charges will vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the product, and the freight carrier assigned to your order
- Delivery timeframes may be longer than those available to customers in New South Wales and Victoria
- Express delivery may not be available to all regional, remote, or interstate locations
- Depot collection is not currently available outside of New South Wales and Victoria
- Some bulky items such as large ducted systems, outdoor units, and oversized HVAC equipment may have freight restrictions to certain postcodes or regions
Freight costs and delivery options for your location will be calculated at checkout. For orders involving large or complex items, or for customers in remote areas, we recommend contacting our team prior to ordering to confirm delivery feasibility and freight costs.
