These terms apply to all purchases made through www.achub.com.au. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.


1. Stock Availability & Orders

To ensure a smooth purchase experience and prevent project delays, please contact us to confirm stock availability before placing your order. By completing checkout, you acknowledge your commitment to purchase and agree to the final transaction.

Product availability shown online is indicative only and may be subject to supplier stock levels at the time of order. In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives, backorder timeframes, or a full refund.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices listed on www.achub.com.au include GST and applicable Australian taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable. AC Hub reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of an incorrect price, customers will be notified and offered the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.


4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. AC Hub accepts the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). AC Hub uses Shopify Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.


5. Mandatory Licensed Installation

Australian law requires all refrigerant-based air conditioning systems to be installed by a licensed professional holding a valid ARC Tick authorisation. Please note:

  • Systems must be commissioned by a qualified and licensed HVAC technician
  • Proof of professional installation is required to maintain the manufacturer's warranty
  • DIY installation of refrigerant-based systems is illegal under Australian law and will void all warranties

6. Delivery & Transit Damage

Please inspect all equipment immediately upon delivery. Any transit damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a valid claim can be lodged. Supporting photographs are required.

7. Returns & Restocking

Due to the size and specialised nature of HVAC equipment, the following conditions apply to returns:

  • Change of mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery subject to the conditions outlined in our Refunds & Returns policy
  • A 15% restocking and administration fee may apply to approved change of mind returns
  • Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original unopened packaging
  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team immediately. Approved cancellations are subject to a 4% administration fee. If the order has already been dispatched, additional freight charges may apply.

9. Warranty

Many products sold by AC Hub are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary between brands and product types. All warranty claims must be lodged directly with the manufacturer in the first instance.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AC Hub's liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the purchase price of that product. AC Hub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through our website.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
