1. Stock Availability & Orders

3. Transparent Pricing
All prices listed on AC Hub include GST and applicable Australian taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable—no hidden fees.
4. Mandatory Licensed Installation
Australian law requires all air conditioning systems to be installed by a licensed professional with a valid ARC Tick authorization. Please note:

Systems must be commissioned by a qualified technician.

Proof of professional installation is required to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty.

DIY installation of refrigerant-based systems is illegal and voids all warranties.

5. Delivery & Transit Damage
Please inspect your equipment immediately upon delivery. Any transit damage or discrepancies must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours to ensure a valid claim can be lodged.

6. Returns & Restocking
Due to the size and specialized nature of HVAC equipment:

Returns for “change of mind” may incur a restocking fee and return freight costs.

Units must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible.
