Of the three adaptors offered for the 360mm diffusers, the catalogue gives this one a size of 300mm. That makes it the match when a 300mm branch serves a 360 x 360mm outlet, for example in a living room. Set the adaptor into the ceiling opening, push the duct fully onto the spigot, strap it, tape it, and then fit the diffuser face from the room.

Look at the model on the diffuser box or plans to make sure it is an SR36 or ER36, then measure the duct. If the duct turns out to be 350mm or larger, a bigger adaptor for this diffuser is the one to order.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
