It is the 200mm adaptor for the 240mm diffusers in the AAD catalogue, used where a 200mm branch feeds a 240 x 240mm outlet. Strap and tape the duct onto the spigot after fixing the adaptor above the ceiling opening, then fit the diffuser from the room side.

Check the diffuser is an SR24 or ER24 and the duct at the outlet is 200mm. Make sure the ceiling space allows a 200mm duct to turn down into the adaptor.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
