The Samsung AR-KH03E is a wireless handheld remote controller for Samsung 360 Cassette indoor units. It controls temperature, fan speed and operating mode.

Temperature, fan speed and operating mode are set at the handset and transmitted to the indoor unit without a wired connection. It is supplied where a 360 Cassette is specified without a wired wall controller, and it can also be ordered as a replacement for a lost or damaged handset. Keep it somewhere consistent in the room, and point it toward the cassette when making changes.

Check the indoor unit is a Samsung 360 Cassette by reading its model number. If a wired wall controller is already installed, ask your installer whether you need the handset as well, and confirm that the cassette is set up to receive wireless commands.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
