This Samsung four way ceiling cassette is rated at 7.1kW and supplied under model AC071TN4DKG/SA / AC071TXAPKG/SA. It is a reverse cycle system charged with R32 refrigerant, giving four way, 360 degree airflow.
A cassette at this capacity is often used for a single open area, such as a living and dining space, a small shop or an office, where air needs to reach evenly from a central ceiling point. The chassis recesses into the ceiling and discharges from all four sides of the panel. The fascia panel is ordered separately to suit the chassis. Pipework, cabling and a condensate drain are run in the ceiling space back to the outdoor unit and a drain point. Installation by an ARC-licensed technician is required.
Have a licensed electrician confirm the supply the outdoor unit needs, as no power supply is stated here. Pick the matching fascia panel, check the ceiling void at the chosen position, and have the room's load checked so 7.1kW is the right size.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
