Rated at 14kW, the Samsung AC140TN4DKG/SA four way ceiling cassette pairs with the AC140TXAPKG/SA outdoor unit. It is a reverse cycle system using R32 refrigerant, with four way, 360 degree airflow from the ceiling.
With air leaving every side of the panel, a single cassette can cover a large open area from a central ceiling point. The indoor unit hangs above the ceiling, and the fascia panel is ordered separately to suit the chassis. The AC140TXAPKG/SA outdoor unit is connected with refrigerant pipework and interconnecting cable, and a condensate drain is run from the cassette. An ARC-licensed technician must carry out the installation and commissioning.
Before ordering, confirm the power supply needed for the outdoor unit with a licensed electrician, as the listing does not state it. Order the fascia panel to match, check the ceiling can carry a cassette of this size, and decide on the wired or wireless controller you will use.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
