Part PC4NUCEAN is a fascia panel for Samsung 360 degree four way cassette indoor units, with integrated air purification. The panel face measures 840 x 840mm.
The panel closes off the ceiling opening around the cassette chassis and sets the discharge pattern at the ceiling face, giving the 360 degree discharge the cassette is designed for. The air purification section treats air passing through the panel. Because the panel is the visible part of the system, it is usually fitted last, after the ceiling has been finished around the cassette, and it is taken down for cleaning and servicing.
Check the indoor unit is a Samsung 360 degree cassette by reading its model number, as this panel is listed for that cassette type. Measure the ceiling area around the cassette to make sure an 840 x 840mm panel will fit without clashing with lights, beams or bulkheads, and ask your installer about cleaning access for the purification section.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.
Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will help you with the claim.
