The Redzone MDM450L is a 450mm motorised zone damper with a 24V, 2.5Nm drive open, drive close motor.
On large zone ducts, a 450mm damper lets the zone controller shut off or open the airway to a whole area. The 24V motor drives the blade both ways, closing it against a 12mm foam seal. The barrel is galvanised and lined with 5mm silver insulation, and the motor has a metal shaft and brass brushes.
Check that your zone controller supports 24V drive open, drive close dampers. Confirm the duct is 450mm, plan the control cable run, and make sure there is space in the roof for the damper and access to its motor. Support the damper independently and seal the duct joins with straps and tape.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
