The damper fits in a branch duct and is opened and closed by the zone controller, so air only goes to the zones that need it. At 150mm it suits smaller branch runs. The barrel is galvanised with 5mm silver insulation, and the folded metal blade carries a 12mm foam seal to close off the duct when the zone is off. Being drive open, drive close, the motor powers the blade in both directions.

Check that your zone controller supports 240V drive open, drive close dampers. This is the 240V version, so its wiring is mains voltage work that must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Confirm the duct is 150mm, and fit the damper where the motor can be reached later for servicing.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
