In the AAD catalogue, the BAL rated corrugated flashing vents are listed under BAL29. Fit the flashing over the corrugated sheeting, seal it and fix it around the opening, and connect the 150mm exhaust duct from below with a strap and tape. Keep the duct run short and avoid sagging so condensation drains rather than pools.

Have the builder or building surveyor confirm the site's bushfire attack level, then check the BAL29 listing covers it. Check the roof is corrugated sheeting, the duct is 150mm, and the Surf Mist colour matches the roof.

• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
