This pre-insulated paired copper coil has 3/8" and 5/8" lines in a 10m length, with 9mm PE insulation on each line. It connects split system indoor and outdoor units.

A 10m coil sits between short back-to-back installs and longer runs, which can reduce offcut on medium-length routes. Unroll it along the route, form bends carefully on the 5/8" line, and cut, flare or braze both ends to the unit connections. Seal the insulation at each joint and at wall penetrations. Refrigerant pipework must be installed by an appropriately licensed technician, which in Australia means an ARC-licensed technician.

Measure the full route and confirm that 10m covers it, and check that the unit installation manual specifies 3/8" and 5/8" pipe sizes. If a particular insulation type or thickness is required, compare it with the 9mm PE insulation listed.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
