This 5m pre-insulated paired copper coil carries 1/4" and 5/8" lines in 9mm PE insulation, for short split system pipe runs.

A short coil suits installations where the indoor and outdoor units are close together, avoiding a long offcut from a full-length coil. Unroll it gently, bend the 5/8" line with a bender where needed, and cut, flare or braze both ends to the unit connections. Seal the insulation at each joint so no bare tube is exposed. Refrigerant pipework must be installed by an appropriately licensed technician.

Measure the route to confirm 5m is enough, including bends at each end, and check that the unit manual calls for 1/4" and 5/8" pipe sizes. If a particular insulation type is specified, compare it with the 9mm PE listed. Connection and commissioning must be done by an ARC-licensed technician.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
