This 5kW reverse cycle compact ceiling cassette from Mitsubishi Electric is supplied as SLZ-M50FA-A / SUZ-M50VAD-A. It uses R32 refrigerant, runs on a single phase supply and comes with a wired controller.
Designed for restricted ceiling spaces, the compact cassette gives balanced air distribution from one central ceiling position, suiting offices, conference rooms and living areas. The SLZ-M50FA-A indoor unit is hung above the ceiling with its panel flush to the ceiling face, and the SUZ-M50VAD-A outdoor unit is connected by refrigerant pipework and cable. A condensate drain is needed from the cassette. The wired controller is wall mounted, so choose a convenient spot and plan its cable. Installation by an ARC-licensed technician is required.
The title also names SLP-2FA alongside the indoor unit, so confirm which components come in the package. Have a licensed electrician check the single phase supply, and have the heating and cooling load checked so 5kW suits the space.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
