This Mitsubishi Electric reverse cycle four way ceiling cassette is rated at 12.5kW and supplied as model PLA-M125EA2-A / PUZ-M125VKA. It uses R32 refrigerant, runs on a single phase supply and comes with a wired controller.
At this capacity a cassette is often used in larger open areas such as restaurants, offices and open plan floors, with the low profile chassis concealed above the ceiling and air discharged in four directions from one position. The PUZ-M125VKA outdoor unit is connected by refrigerant pipework and an interconnecting cable, and condensate is piped from the cassette to a drain point. The wired controller is mounted on a wall and cabled back to the indoor unit. An ARC-licensed technician must install the system.
The 12.5kW cassette is listed with more than one outdoor unit, so check that the PUZ-M125VKA is the one specified. Have a licensed electrician confirm the single phase circuit, check the ceiling structure can carry the cassette, and confirm whether the fascia panel is included.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
