The Mitsubishi Electric PEA-M125HAA / PUZ-ZM125VKA2 is a 12.5kW two piece split ducted reverse cycle system, charged with R32 refrigerant. It runs on a single phase supply.
The two piece indoor unit is intended for installation where roof or ceiling access is limited, as the unit comes in two pieces rather than as one large chassis. Once installed, it distributes conditioned air through ductwork to the outlets, drawing room air back through a ceiling grille. The PUZ-ZM125VKA2 outdoor unit connects through refrigerant pipework and interconnecting cable, and the indoor unit needs a condensate drain. An ARC-licensed technician must install the system.
Check the access route into the roof space and the space at the installation position for both parts of the indoor unit. Confirm the single phase supply with a licensed electrician, and confirm the controller to be used.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
