Mini orange condensate pump 12L/h (MINIORANGE)

The Mini Orange is a condensate pump with a submersible secondary reservoir and an anti-siphon device, rated at 12 litres per hour for units up to 16kW.

Condensate drains into the small reservoir, which can be placed close to the unit, and the pump lifts it to a drain point through the discharge line. It suits high wall, ducted, floor standing and chassis units where gravity drainage is not possible. The anti-siphon device guards against siphoning in the discharge line once the pump stops. Electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician.

Measure the vertical lift on the discharge route and confirm it is within the 10m maximum head, and check the 2m maximum suction lift if the pump sits above the reservoir. Make sure the unit is within 16kW, then plan the power supply and a permitted discharge point.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
