Rated at 14kW, the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) FDU140VH / FDCA140VNX-W is a concealed ducted reverse cycle system charged with R32 refrigerant. It runs on a single phase supply.
The FDU140VH concealed indoor unit pairs with the FDCA140VNX-W outdoor unit and allows flexible duct layouts from a ceiling or bulkhead position. Room air is drawn back through a ceiling grille and duct, conditioned and pushed out to the outlets. Controller options are the RC-E5 wired remote, the RC-EXZ3A backlit touchscreen and the MH-RC-WIFI-1B Wi-Fi kit. Refrigerant pipework, interconnecting cable and a condensate drain are part of the job, and the installation must be carried out by an ARC-licensed technician.
Decide which of the controller options you want and order it with the system. Have a licensed electrician confirm the single phase circuit suits a 14kW system, and check the roof space and outdoor unit position before ordering.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
