The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) FDU125VH / FDCA125VSX-W is a 12.5kW concealed ducted reverse cycle system on a three phase supply. It is charged with R32 refrigerant and uses an FDU series slimline mid to high static indoor unit.
The three phase FDCA125VSX-W outdoor unit suits larger installations where three phase power is available. The slimline indoor unit is concealed in the building and sends conditioned air through the ducts to the outlets, drawing room air back through a grille and duct. Refrigerant pipework and interconnecting cable link the two units, and the indoor unit needs a condensate drain. Wired, touchscreen and Wi-Fi controllers are supported. Installation by an ARC-licensed technician is required, with the three phase connection made by a licensed electrician.
Confirm a three phase supply is available before ordering. Measure the space for the slimline indoor unit, plan the duct layout and drain route, and choose the controller option so it can be wired in at installation.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
