The catalogue lists an actual size of 2497 x 97mm and the CHB25010 cushion head box at 2500 x 100mm to suit, with the boxes on that page given a 300mm depth. A box this long needs good support along its length before the duct is connected. Lift the diffuser in with two people, and use the removable core later to reach the box and duct joint.

Make sure the ceiling has a straight 2500mm run clear of joists, downlights and services, and enough depth for the box. Measure any existing opening against 2497 x 97mm and confirm the duct size with the system design.

• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
