A 2000mm slot diffuser is often used to run along a wall, a window line or the full width of an open living area, where it reads as a single clean line. The catalogue lists the CHB2090 cushion head box at 2005 x 95mm to suit. Because the core is fixed, connect and seal the flexible duct to the box first, then fit the diffuser as one piece, ideally with a second person to keep it straight.

Check there is a straight, clear 2000mm run in the ceiling void or bulkhead for the box, and that the opening suits the 90mm slot face. Confirm the supply duct size and outlet position with the system design.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
