This M10 horizontal mounting plate is used for fixing threaded rod suspension to a structure, providing the anchor point for a hanging rod.

Mounting plates are fixed to framing, steel or concrete, and M10 threaded rod is attached to carry ductwork, a fan coil, pipework or strut channel below. The AAD catalogue lists centre, horizontal and vertical mounting plates, so the plate can be chosen to suit the way it fixes to the structure. Use fixings that suit the structure the plate is attached to.

Check that your suspension uses M10 rod, and confirm the plate type suits the surface and orientation of the fixing point. Allow one plate per hanging point, and make sure the structure can carry the load.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
