The Hisense AUD-125UX4RSH1 / AUW-125U4RH1 is a 12.5kW high static ducted reverse cycle system, charged with R32 refrigerant. It runs on a single phase supply.
The indoor unit is concealed in a ceiling or bulkhead cavity and carries the static pressure needed for extended duct runs to multiple outlets. Conditioned air is pushed through the supply ducts, and room air is drawn back to the unit through a ceiling grille and duct. The AUW-125U4RH1 outdoor unit connects with refrigerant pipework and interconnecting cable, and the indoor unit needs a condensate drain. Installation by an ARC-licensed technician is required.
Check the ceiling cavity can take the indoor unit with service access, and plan the outdoor unit position and pipe route. Confirm the single phase supply with a licensed electrician, have the load checked so 12.5kW suits the home, and confirm the controller to be used with the system.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
