Haier's 246L monoblock heat pump water heater, model HP250M1-U1, combines an air source heat pump and a 246L storage cylinder in a single unit.
The heat pump extracts heat from ambient air and transfers it to the stored water. With all components contained in one unit, siting and connection are simplified: the installer positions one unit and connects water and power, rather than linking separate components on site.
Before ordering, check that a 246L cylinder suits the household's hot water demand, measure the space for the unit including clearance for airflow and service, and plan a drain point nearby. Water connections must be made by a licensed plumber, and electrical work by a licensed electrician.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
