The Haier 195L monoblock heat pump water heater, model HP200M1-U1, is an air source water heater with the heat pump and a 195L storage cylinder combined in one unit.
The heat pump draws heat from the surrounding air and transfers it to the stored water rather than heating by element alone. Because the heat pump and cylinder share one housing, no split refrigeration pipework is run on site, and the installation comes down to positioning the unit and connecting water and power.
Before you order, confirm that 195L suits the household's hot water use and that the chosen position has room for the unit, airflow around the heat pump and a drain point nearby. Connection to the water supply is work for a licensed plumber, and any new circuit for a licensed electrician.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
