BBOXFLASH-SML is the small roof flashing kit for a gas ducted heater base box, sized for heaters in the 15 to 20kW range. It installs around the base box at roof level to seal the opening against water.
On a rooftop gas ducted heater installation, the BBOX-SML base box raises the heater and this flashing closes the gap between the box and the roof covering, so rain runs off rather than into the ceiling. The flashing is dressed to the roof around the box and fixed and sealed as part of the roofing work. Connecting the heater itself is gas work, which in Australia must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Confirm the heater's output sits within the 15 to 20kW range this small kit is listed for, and that you are using the matching BBOX-SML base box. Check that the flashing suits your roof covering and pitch before ordering, as tiled and sheet roofs are flashed differently.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
