Rated at 7.1kW, the Fujitsu ARTH24KMTAP / AOTH24KBTA is a mid static slimline ducted reverse cycle system charged with R32 refrigerant. It runs on a single phase supply.
A slimline indoor unit is the choice when the ceiling cavity or bulkhead is too shallow for a full height chassis. This one develops mid static pressure for multi room duct layouts, pushing air to the outlets and drawing room air back through a ceiling grille. The AOTH24KBTA outdoor unit is linked by refrigerant pipework and interconnecting cable, and a condensate line is run from the indoor unit to a drain. An ARC-licensed technician must install the system.
Measure the space where the indoor unit will go, including room underneath for service access. Confirm the single phase supply and have the duct design checked so a mid static unit suits the run lengths, and note that a High Performance Slimline pairing with the same indoor unit is listed separately.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
