Rated at 10kW, the Fujitsu ARTH36KHTA / AOTH36KRTA is a high static ducted reverse cycle system from the Standard range for a three phase supply. It is charged with R32 refrigerant.
The same high static indoor unit as the single phase version is paired here with the AOTH36KRTA outdoor unit, which is the three phase model. The indoor unit is concealed in a ceiling space or bulkhead and pushes conditioned air through the duct network to outlets in each room, with air drawn back through a ceiling grille. Refrigerant pipework and cabling link the two units, and the indoor unit needs a condensate drain. An ARC-licensed technician must install the system.
Confirm that a three phase supply is available at the switchboard before ordering, as this pairing will not suit a single phase property. Have a licensed electrician check the circuit, and check the roof space and duct design suit a 10kW high static unit.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
