Filtex cooling pads for Bonaire, a set of 4 measuring 755 x 487 x 75mm each, code CEL148P.
These are replacement cel pads made by Filtex to suit Bonaire evaporative coolers. The pump wets each pad from the top, and the fan draws outside air through the wet media, which cools the air as water evaporates. A 75mm pad needs a frame of matching depth so it sits snugly without gaps at the edges. Worn or scaled pads reduce airflow and cooling.
Measure the height, width and thickness of your current pads and confirm your cooler model before ordering. Pads with the same face size can differ in depth, so the thickness check matters here. Turn the cooler off, isolate power and water, and note the old pad orientation before removing them.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
