All air conditioning and heating systems sold by AC Hub are supplied with a 5-Year Full Manufacturer's Warranty, covering eligible parts and components in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

To maintain warranty validity, installation must be carried out by appropriately licensed and qualified professionals and in accordance with the manufacturer's installation requirements and applicable Australian standards.

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact AC Hub with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Our team will assist with the warranty process and liaise with the manufacturer where required.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
