Drop in anchors M10 x 12 x 30mm, pack of 50 (DIA2004)
M10 drop in anchors, 12 x 30mm, supplied in a pack of 50, for fixing threaded rod and brackets into concrete.
- Thread: M10
- Size: 12 x 30mm
- Quantity: pack of 50
- Code: DIA2004
- Type: drop in anchor
- Substrate: concrete
A drop in anchor sits flush inside a drilled hole in a concrete slab or soffit and gives an internal M10 thread. Once set, threaded rod screws into it to suspend ductwork, fan coil units, pipework or strut channel from the slab above, or a bolt can be used to fix a bracket. Drill to the hole size and depth specified for the anchor, clean out the dust, and expand it with a suitable setting tool.
Check that your rod or bolts are M10, and that the concrete is sound and thick enough for the anchor. Confirm the load at each fixing is suitable for the anchor and the concrete, and allow one anchor per hanging point.
