This AAD cushion head box, code CHB11510, is an internally insulated sheet metal box for an 1150 x 100mm grille or diffuser. It sits behind the grille and links it to the flexible duct.

In the AAD catalogue this box is listed to suit the BG11510 grille, so the two are sized to go together. The box encloses the back of the grille, the duct connects to the box, and the air is spread along the length of the grille face. Allow for its 300mm depth; it also carries 5mm of internal insulation and a 40mm lip. Fix the box securely to the framing and seal the duct connection.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
