These copper 45° elbows suit 3/8" (9.52mm) refrigeration and air conditioning tube and come in a bag of 10. Each one turns the pipe through 45 degrees for a softer change of direction than a right angle.

A 45° elbow is useful where the line needs to follow a sloping surface, clear a small obstruction, or join two runs that are not square to each other. Cut the tube square, deburr it, clean both the tube end and the fitting, and braze the joint with nitrogen flowing through the pipe. Once the system is complete it must be pressure tested and evacuated before refrigerant is introduced.

Confirm the tube size is 3/8" (9.52mm) outside diameter, since fittings are matched to the tube OD rather than a nominal bore. Each bag holds 10 elbows, so count the turns on the run before ordering. Brazing must be done by an appropriately licensed refrigeration technician.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
