Wilderness Green roof flashing kit for a metal (tin) roof, supplied in four pieces and sized for a 550 x 550mm evaporative cooler dropper.
Where a cooler dropper passes through metal sheeting, the opening has to be flashed so water running down the roof is directed around it. This four piece kit is made for that job on tin roofs, sealing the dropper to the sheeting. The Wilderness Green colour suits green roofing. Fix and seal the flashing in line with the roofing manufacturer's guidance, and take care working at height.
Choose the kit to match your roof type and cooler dropper size. Confirm that your roof is metal sheeting rather than tile, and that the dropper is 550 x 550mm, before ordering. If you are replacing an old cooler, inspect the existing flashing and sheeting around the opening for rust or damage that should be repaired at the same time.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
