The Brivis StarPro SP435INV4 is a 35kW gas ducted heater with a 4 star gas energy rating, configured for internal installation. The star figure is the gas energy rating for the appliance, not a power supply rating.
At 35kW the heater is intended for extensive duct layouts in large residential and light commercial buildings. The internal cabinet is installed within a roof space, ceiling cavity or service area and connected to ductwork serving the outlets, with air drawn back through a central grille. A flue is run to the outside, and the gas line and power are brought to the cabinet. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
A 35kW heater needs a gas supply sized for it, so have the gasfitter check the meter and supply pipe before ordering. Confirm the property's gas type, as the listing does not give one, and check the internal position allows space for the cabinet, flue and servicing.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
