Model SP530INXAV4 is the X/A variant of the Brivis StarPro 30kW internal gas ducted heater, with a 5 star gas energy rating.
Configured for internal installation, the heater sits within a roof space, ceiling cavity or service area and connects to ductwork serving the outlets. Its fan sends warm air through the ducts, and room air is drawn back through a central grille. A flue runs from the cabinet to the outside. The X/A variant is listed separately from the standard SP530INV4, so it is the one to order when a specification calls for it or when replacing an X/A heater. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Confirm from the installer's specification or the existing heater's data plate that the X/A variant is required. Check the property's gas type, as the listing does not state it, and make sure the internal position allows room for the cabinet, flue and future servicing.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
