Model SP521INXAV4 is the X/A variant of the Brivis StarPro 21kW internal gas ducted heater, with a 5 star gas energy rating.
The heater is configured for internal installation within a roof space, ceiling cavity or service area, where it connects to ductwork serving the outlets. Warm air is pushed through the ducts by the heater's fan, and room air is drawn back through a central grille. Because the X/A variant is listed separately from the standard SP521INV4, it is important when matching a specification or replacing an existing X/A heater. A flue is run from the cabinet to the outside. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Check your installer's specification or the existing heater's data plate to confirm the X/A variant before ordering. Confirm the property's gas type, as this listing does not give one, and make sure the internal position has room for the cabinet, flue and servicing.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.
Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will help you with the claim.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See Warranty Information.
