Rated at 21kW, the Brivis StarPro SP521INV4 is a gas ducted heater with a 5 star gas energy rating, configured for internal installation.
The cabinet can be installed within a roof space, ceiling cavity or service area, and it connects to ductwork that carries warm air to the outlets in each room. Air comes back to the heater through a central grille and duct. As an internal heater it needs a flue run to the outside, along with a gas line and a power supply at the cabinet. Where it replaces an older internal heater, the existing ducts and outlets should be checked for condition and leaks while access is available. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
The SP521INV4 also has an X/A variant listed, so confirm which model your installer has specified. Confirm the gas type at the property, as it is not stated here, and check the flue route and service access at the internal position.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.
