The Brivis StarPro SP421INV4 is a gas ducted heater rated at 21kW with a 4 star gas energy rating, configured for internal installation. The star figure is the gas energy rating for the appliance, not an electrical rating.
The internal cabinet is installed within a roof space, ceiling cavity or service area and connected to ductwork serving the outlets. The heater's fan pushes warm air through the ducts, and air is drawn back to the cabinet through a central grille. An internal installation needs a flue run from the cabinet to the outside, plus gas and power at the heater. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Make sure the planned position has room for the cabinet, its flue and service access, and that the heater can be brought in through the available hatch or doorway. The gas type is not stated in this listing, so confirm it matches the property's supply. Higher star StarPro models are also listed at 21kW if a higher rating is wanted.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.
Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will help you with the claim.
