The Brivis StarPro SP530ENXAV4 is the X/A variant of the 30kW external gas ducted heater, with a 5 star gas energy rating.
Configured for external installation, the heater sits outside and sends warm air through ducting to ceiling or floor outlets, with room air drawn back through a central grille. The X/A variant is listed separately from the standard SP530ENV4, so it is ordered when a specification calls for it or when an existing X/A heater is being replaced like for like. As a 30kW heater, it generally feeds a large duct network. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Check the installer's specification or the old heater's data plate to confirm the X/A variant before ordering. Confirm the gas type at the property, as this listing does not give one, and have the gasfitter check the outdoor position, flue clearances and gas supply capacity.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
