The Brivis Buffalo C BX526CNGV3 is a 30kW external downflow gas ducted heater with a 5 star rating, supplied in the EXT DF cabinet configuration. It runs on natural gas.
At 30kW it is generally matched with a large under floor duct network and many floor outlets. The outdoor cabinet sends heated air downward into the supply plenum, and room air comes back through a central grille and duct. The 5 star figure is the heater's gas energy rating. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Confirm the natural gas supply and ask the gasfitter to check the meter and pipe can serve a 30kW heater. Make sure the existing or planned ducting is designed for a downflow cabinet, and check the outdoor position meets the flue clearance requirements before ordering.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
