The Brivis Buffalo C BX520CNGV3 is a 20kW gas ducted heater with a 5 star rating, supplied in the EXT DF external downflow cabinet configuration. It runs on natural gas.
This is the 5 star model in the Buffalo C external downflow line, while a 3 star cabinet is also listed at the same 20kW output, so the choice between them comes down to the star rating you want. The downflow cabinet sits outdoors and sends heated air out through its base into a supply plenum, which is generally connected to under floor ducting and floor outlets. Room air comes back through a central grille and duct. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Confirm the property is on natural gas, as that is the fuel listed for this model. Check the duct system is set up for a downflow heater, choose an outdoor position with the required flue clearances, and have a heat load assessment confirm 20kW suits the home.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
