Rated at 20kW, the Brivis Buffalo C BX320CNG is an external downflow gas ducted heater with a 3 star rating. It runs on natural gas and is supplied in the EXT DF cabinet configuration.
Downflow means the heated air leaves through the bottom of the cabinet and into a supply plenum below it, so the heater is generally used with under floor ducting and floor outlets. The cabinet stands outdoors against the house, with the flue at the cabinet rather than through the roof. Room air is drawn back to the heater through a central grille and duct. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
When replacing an existing downflow heater, compare its plenum and base position with this model before ordering. Confirm the property's natural gas supply, check the outdoor position meets flue clearance requirements, and ask the gasfitter to confirm the meter and pipe can supply a 20kW heater.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
