Evaporative cooler from the Brivis Advanced+ F series, model F36DSBEIGE, rated at 11kW and finished in beige.
The sloping base holds the cabinet to a low profile on the roof. A pre-wet cycle wets the pad before the fan starts, and a motorised winter seal closes the outlet against draughts when the unit is not in use. Once running, the variable speed fan draws outside air through the 75mm pad and sends the cooled air through the ducted system to each room.
Plan for a single phase power supply at the cooler, connected by a licensed electrician, along with water and drainage connected by a licensed plumber. If you intend to use a Brivis Touch controller, this model is listed as compatible. Confirm the roof structure, the dropper location and the existing or planned ductwork with your installer before ordering, and remember to open some windows while it runs.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
