The Braemar BMQ325 is a 23kW internal gas ducted heater from the Braemar BMQ Builder range, with a 3.7 star rating. It runs on natural gas and is installed as an internal cabinet in the ceiling or roof cavity.
With the cabinet hidden in the roof space, output is carried through ductwork to each outlet, and room air is drawn back through a central grille. At 23kW it is commonly used where the duct run serves several outlets across a larger or open plan home. The heater needs a flue through the roof, a gas supply line and a power connection at the cabinet. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
This heater is listed for natural gas, so make sure the property has a natural gas connection. Check the roof cavity has room for the cabinet, flue and service access, and have the duct layout reviewed to confirm it suits a 23kW heater.
