Braemar 9.9kW roof mounted evaporative cooler, model LCQI350-R1, from the Super Stealth range in a terracotta cabinet.
The inverter driven motor varies fan speed rather than switching between fixed speeds, turning the Super Stealth fan that pulls outside air through the wetted pads. Cooled air passes down the dropper into the ducted system, and air distribution is set at the controller across the outlets. The low profile cabinet keeps the unit close to the roof line, and terracotta suits tiled roofs.
Note the model code: this listing is the LCQI350-R1, so match that code if you are following an installer quote. Water, a drain and power are needed at the roof; the electrical connection must be made by a licensed electrician and the water connection by a licensed plumber. Leave windows or doors partly open in the rooms being cooled, as evaporative cooling needs air to flow out of the house.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
