Braemar Paradigm evaporative cooler, model LCQ450-G1, rated at 13.2kW with a grey low profile cabinet.
The AquaSave system manages water use through the cooling cycle. Like other roof mounted evaporative coolers, the unit pulls in outside air through wetted pads, cools it as the water evaporates, and pushes it down through a roof dropper into the ductwork and out of the ceiling outlets. The cabinet is a UV protected polymer, and grey suits darker roofs.
Check that water, a drain and a power supply can be brought to the cooler position. The electrical connection must be made by a licensed electrician and the water connection by a licensed plumber. Confirm with your installer that the existing or planned duct system suits a 13.2kW unit, and plan for a few windows or doors to be left partly open while it runs.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
