Braemar Paradigm roof mounted evaporative cooler rated at 10.2kW, model LCQ350-B1, in a beige cabinet.
Outside air is drawn through the wetted ChillCel pads and delivered to ceiling outlets, so no refrigerant circuit is involved. The AquaSave water management system controls dump and refill cycles to limit water use. The UV protected polymer cabinet sits low on the roof, and the beige finish suits lighter coloured roofing.
Before ordering, confirm the roof position can take the cooler and its dropper, and that water, a drain and power can be run to it. The electrical connection must be made by a licensed electrician and the water connection by a licensed plumber. If you are replacing an older cooler, check whether the existing dropper and duct layout suit the new unit, and remember that an evaporative system needs windows or doors partly open in the rooms being cooled.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
